Melanie relocated from South Florida to Central Florida in 2006, bringing a strong background in advertising and customer service to her career. She joined Down Home Properties in 2015, initially focusing on guiding vacation rental guests to find their ideal homes. Her dedication to client satisfaction quickly led her to the role of Customer Service Manager, where she thrived on building relationships with guests and ensuring memorable vacation experiences.

In 2017, Melanie expanded her expertise by obtaining her Real Estate Sales license. As a licensed Realtor, she now proudly assists clients with buying or selling homes, farms, land, commercial, and investment properties.
