I grew up in Savannah, Georgia. I graduated from Armstrong Atlantic State University in
2001 on a volleyball scholarship and spent those years coaching Junior Olympic
volleyball for Low Country Volleyball Club.
After graduation I kept coaching youth and high school volleyball while working in Food
and Beverage and running a multi-million dollar store for Limited Brands. In 2006 I
moved into finance at HSBC Beneficial — right before the Crash of 2007. When the
economy shifted, I landed in the Chatham County judicial system, working as a Civil and
Domestic File Clerk for two Superior Court judges. Contracts, documentation, protecting
people — that background still shows up in how I do real estate.
In 2010 my family moved to Central Florida. I started in commercial property
management with The Villages and got my real estate license in 2013. I have loved
every minute of this ever-changing career and all the friendships I have built along the
way.
I am blessed to have a loving husband, two boys, and a stepdaughter. My youngest,
William, loves horses and dirt bikes. My oldest, Riley, is a blacksmith and welder who
travels the country for his work. My stepdaughter serves as a FireFighter/EMT for
Marion County. My husband keeps everything rolling in the same direction.
I have always been an outdoors kind of girl. My dad raised me rough and tumble —
oldest of three daughters. I love hunting, fishing, boating, mud-bogging, and volleyball.
After moving to Florida I picked up boxing and kickboxing, and most recently skydiving.
In 2020 I started Serving Tri-County Volleyball for youth boys and girls in the area.
I bring 14 years of real estate experience, deep roots in Central Florida, and 7 years of
specialized knowledge inside The Villages. I manage every transaction personally from
start to finish. If you have a question, ask me. I will find the answer if I do not already
have it.
I would love the opportunity to work with you. Call me and let's get started.
Sincerely, Kelly
