I began my real estate career at Re/Max South in Pittsburgh, PA. Seventeen years ago, my family and I moved to central Florida to take advantage of an opportunity to learn about The Villages, “Florida’s Friendliest Hometown,” and also enable my four children to be near their grandparents. I continued my real estate career with Properties of The Villages where I received an incredible education in new home construction and sales, witnessed the town’s unimaginable growth and development, and specialized in their pre-owned home market. I expanded my real estate opportunities by working with D.R. Horton, the nation’s #1 home builder, in Ocala, FL. I am currently an annual multi-million dollar producer with Down Home Realty in Wildwood, FL.

I am a graduate of California University of PA and with my major and previous employment in the field of communication sales and marketing, this background has helped me in my real estate career. I have also received training from real estate industry experts Jeff Shore and Tom Ferry. I am a multi-million dollar producer and a member of the 100% Club. Sharon, my wife, has joined the team and is my real estate assistant. We have recently become “empty nesters” and are residents of The Villages.
